So lately, out of boredom and some inspirations, i've been sketching some of Beirut's urban scene into my Moleskine. It actually all started after my last trip to London, where i noticed how much we miss urban art in Beirut that deals with the city's landmarks.
The series of sketches is not but a step towards more artwork.
Some of the above include statements such as Ma khassak bi dini ; expressing the separation between the religion and the civilization, something the lebanese society lacks Big time.
Eh fi Amal inspired by Fairuz's latest album, and the Armenian Ghetto a frame from the city's mosaic.
